Chris Christie's Privatization Task Force held it's third and final public meeting tonight in Cherry Hill.  As one person testifying remarked, the hearing sounded like a number of businesses making sales pitches to a potential client. 

Save the Date: May 22 Set for Huge Citizen's Rally in Trenton

Thousands of CWA members and their families will join tens of thousands of other union members, students, veterans, civil rights advocates, retirees, concerned taxpayers and community activists for an enormous rally in Trenton on May 22, as concerned residents from all corners of New Jersey descend on the State House to oppose Chris Christie’s disastrous budget priorities.

CWA Members Talk to Legislators in the First of Five Town Hall Meetings

Two hundred members of CWA and NJEA gathered in Cherry Hill on Tuesday to discuss issues with their legislators.  At least six CWA Locals were in attendance, and the legislators who came to talk to the public workers were Senator Donald Norcross (D-5th District), Assemblyman Herb Conaway, (D-7th District) and Assemblyman Angel Fuentes (D-5th District).
